Read before anything

Playbys are mandatory to claim once your character has been accepted. This is to prevent anyone from using the same actor for their character (this may cause confusion). Once a playby has been claimed, no one else may use them. Exceptions apply: if your character has a twin, clone, or permanent duplicate, the same playby may be used. Ask a staff member for permission.

All actors who have played a Canon Doctor Who Character are permenantly on reserve for their specific Canon Characters. Though they are not stated, note that your face claim will be rejected if you use one of these actors
